Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. In such cases, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- All exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date the item is received. Exchange requests for orders received and delivered after 7 days will be politely declined.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable) must be intact.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Delivery fee to product return shall be borne by the customer.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
Exchanges will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity etc.
